Privacy Policy
House of Pho (“we,” “us”) runs a Brooklyn recording studio and an online shop for beats, presets, and merch. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
Purchases
When you buy a beat, a preset, or merch, we collect your email address and, for physical items, your shipping name and address. Your card details are entered directly into Square's payment form and are tokenized in your browser — full card numbers never reach our servers. We keep order records (what you bought, shipping details, and the Square transaction reference) to fulfill orders, handle support requests, and meet our own bookkeeping and tax obligations.
Anonymous analytics
We use Vercel Speed Insights and Web Analytics to understand how the site performs and which pages get used. This analytics is cookieless: it doesn't use tracking cookies or a persistent identifier, the raw request hash used for deduplication is discarded after 24 hours, and none of it is shared with advertisers or used for cross-site tracking. You can opt out below, at any time.
Site preferences
A small amount of state — whether you've dismissed the privacy notice, and your analytics choice — is stored in your browser's localStorage, not in a cookie. It never leaves your device.
Who processes it
- Square — processes payments and holds order records for purchases made on this site.
- Sanity — the CMS that holds our product catalog (beats, presets, merch listings). It does not receive any visitor or customer data.
- Vercel — hosts this site and provides Speed Insights and Web Analytics.
Do Not Track
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) signals. If your browser sends either one, anonymous analytics is switched off automatically — no need to opt out manually.
Your choices
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
